If ever I need any appliances EZ rentals makes it very ez to purchase from them. I have had a couch, washing machine and dryer set, and a TV from the Elizabethton store. I have always had a good experience when shopping with them.

As far as social skills and customer service. I think these guys are great and doing a great job representing E-Z Rentals. I personally don't do business on this level unless I'm desperate for the items in question... But I'm sure these guys are awesome to work with.

Great staff but they seem to not be able to get it together. I am buying a fridge and a cpl weeks later decided to get a couch bc it was on sale. turned around a few weeks later and paid couch off. Every since then they have messed my due dates up causing me to pay late fees. I'm set up to pay bi-weekly on my payday but for the last 2 months they send texts saying the entire amount is due. This time set me up in between paydays and caused me a late fee. Well not only a late fee but came to my house and I was 3 days late! didn't even call me one single time!!! How am I suppose to know it's due when it's not my payday and got NO text!! Once this is paid I will NOT be back RIDICULOUS! But staff is very friendly that's why they get a 2 star and not a 1 lol

Great service, great people. Prices are high but they go out of their way to help if you're in a tight spot. My only complaint is that if you have an item that needed service, it can take far longer than it should to get your item back. We had a 2 yr contract for a washer and dryer set, of which 6 months of that was using a loaner washer as ours was out for repair twice. The first time it was returned, it was listed as "fixed" but no documentation of what they fixed and it wasn't repaired. The second time, it appeared to operate as described, but again, 6 months was just plain ridiculous...

I bought a living room suit on 2-21-17. PD 637.00. Was told all furniture was sprayed for any infestation. About a week later roaches started appearing. This house was remodeled before I moved in. Now I discovered that the couch has been pissed on. I drive truck for a living and not home often. However, I've taken time off and being home every day I m using the couch regularly. No mistaken the smell!! Unfortunately for me too much time as passed for me to get any satisfaction from these people,so I'm putting the word out to anyone who is thinking about purchasing furniture. I want to thank David Holsclaw and Cyndi Davis for lying to me about the condition of my furniture!!!
