Ladies at the Cleveland store always go above and beyond to help find what I’m looking for paid off my last account months maybe a year ago was in today and they still remember and just as friendly as ever

If I could do separate reviews, I most certainly would. The people I worked with when I first purchased were great. However, now that my contract is done, I’ve dealt with Sarah, and my experience has been less than satisfactory. My account was paid in full months early, and I still continued to get messages about payments being due, and had to wait a month and a half for “title paperwork.” Sarah’s customer service was absolutely terrible each interaction following the account payoff.

Was sold furniture that had holes in it, the couch and love seat smelled like weed. Asked them if they cleaned it Sara told me they did. Asked them to come pick up their products which was a tv and the couch and love seat on Wednesday and was a schedule pick up from 10-12 and never showed. Called and they said No drives showed!! The furniture was placed out side keep the tv inside, they have the furniture back as of Thursday last week and they tried to pull a payment again. The worst place to get furniture! The customer service is HORRIBLE!!!

Delivery was fast, setup was efficient, and they handled everything with care and attention to detail.
