I ordered a loveseat 2 weeks ago and aarons keeps giving me delivery dates. The love seat is in the store. They suck.

I had a great experience at Aaron’s thanks to Ashley and Margaret, the assistant manager. Both were friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy to understand. They went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and get everything set up quickly.

So, we have quite a few things from Aaron’s. John, the manager has to be one of the best people around! He is great. Alway has been. Never an issue with him. However, Christy another employee there has to be one of the rudest customer service employee that I have ever interacted with. She always has a tone. There is always the feel of tension when speaking with her in person or over the phone. I understand that collecting money and calling customers can be very hard and mental stressful. But there is no reason to act the way that she does all the time to every customer. Might need to be retrained in customer service guide lines.

My mother has done business with them off and on for the past 4-5yrs. Always polite and very courteous. Never in a hurry to get us out. They always pay attention to our cares and concerns. Very helpful and quick with their response. Great people to deal with!! She absolutely adores John the store manager and Margaret possibly the assistant manager both in Cleveland Tn. Also a couple of the guys that delivered her furniture were very pleasant and kind. Hard workers and super sweet. So if anyone is looking to buy straight out or even rent look them up. All are a great group of individuals. Thank you all for taking such great care of my mother!!
