Paid almost 30% of my loan off, and lost my job. The big selling point was if something happened that the "Aaron's club" would protect it. They call multiple times a day, they show up at my house on weekends. In personal vehicles. At 8:40 am on Saturday and 5pm on a Sunday.. I have emailed corporate and called with everyone I can. They do not stop, and will not stop. My next step is harassment.

Dealt with the manager with my boyfriend and I, im extremely indecisive and the manager was beyond patient. After my boyfriend finally decided to get me a ps5 and tv combo he helped up get the right one. They said they can be aggressive but thats what you gotta do with rent to own businesses like these.

If you need furniture to rent in Rapid City, please do not hesitate to visit the store. The employees are super nice and super helpful and I was able to get started the same day.. when I needed to furnish an entire apartment. Donald the general manager was super friendly and helpful. We got our furniture in 30 mn

My husband and I stopped by the new Aaron’s location in Rapid City just to look around, and we were greeted right away by the General Manager, Donald. He made us feel comfortable from the start and answered all of our questions without hesitation and that left us with making a purchase of a couch and loveseat.☺️ Delivery was right on time, and Aiden and Naomi were incredibly friendly and professional. Overall, our experience has been fantastic so far. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
