Christina is hands down the best person working in this location. I’ve spoken to 2 or 3 other people that have some of the worst phone etiquette and attitudes I’ve ever encountered. When I placed my order it was supposed to be delivered after Easter, but they were able to get it delivered a week early, so for that I am thankful. Delivery was great and the furniture is great . Shoutout to Christina for her AMAZING customer service.
Does not know how to run a business scheduled a delivery almost a week ago for 4:30 p.m. I get home I'm there I'm waiting 4:30 passes by 5:30 p.m. comes around I called the store to get a ETA oh they tell me they were short-staffed and they done sent their delivery driver home never got a phone call to I could reschedule cuz I was giving you out of town the next morning

They are a really friendly staff that will call to remind you of your due date and the one thing that's great about them is they will work with Just Cal or let them know when they call let them know that you are having problems and let them know when you They call or better If you call them and let them know what is going on and when you can get there to make the payment and they will work with you , and even if you can't pay for awhile you can bring the product back and when you can start paying again you can get it back and start were you left off and the good thing about them is you have a warranty as long as you are paying for it and then 90 days from the time you pay it off you may pay more in the long run but they are to me the best on of the rent to own stores of them all

Whoever was working at the Aaron's location in Walterboro, SC this evening needs to seriously check themselves. I'm assuming it's the manager that I spoke with but regardless she was extremely rude. I started my lease on 8/27. I set my first monthly payment up for 9/27. It was missed but just in case Ms.Out-Of-Touch wasn't aware, we happened to have a hurricane come in that day that caused significant damage and utility interruptions. An insignificant appliance payment was not the first thing on my mind. I made my online payment 10/1, 4 days later, as soon as my power and internet service was restored. My problem is that these folks have the nerve to harass me by blowing up my phone while I am at work and then showing up on my doorstep 4 days before my next scheduled "EZ" payment. These guys are a joke, skip the hassle and the overpriced junk. Save and pay cash for what you need, these guys should only be used on an emergency basis if that, but probably worth heading over to their competitor if in that bind they may actually have some decent customer service.

Stopped in just looking and got an amazing deal on a slightly used washer (still under warranty - hundreds less than Lowes or Home Depot). The sales woman was very helpful! Highly recommend and will be back!

Never received a call from them every time I call they about someone will reach out to me this is very unprofessional. If I could give no stars I would first time dealing with them but never again
