The customer service was great they were very attentive and answered all my questions

Communication isn't the best when it comes to arrangements and agreements I had a promotional payment arrangementn didnt knw i had to callto use it i feel like if its on the agreement at purchaseit should be automated but had i known i wid hve done my part...great staff and great deals tho on many items hopefully communication gets better over time

We were dealing with Max due to a financial hardship we have experienced because I had to have emergency surgery and have been out of work since February. Max ensured us, multiple times that we would be good to delay our payment from 4/1 to 4/15 and there would be no late fees or additional charges. Then 4 days prior to that date he notified us that we had to pay full amount owed or our items would be collected. We have been a good customer with 0 payment issues for almost 2 years - this was unexceptable behavior and business practice. However we are preparing to pay what we can to get our account current. Hopefully someone will work with us rather than against us.

They had a great process. I browsed online for the washer and dryer set I wanted. Next, I completed the form online and was pleasantly surprised with the limit available to me. I almost didn’t believe it. What I was looking at was nowhere near the limit I had, so I was excited. I called my store to ensure it was true and they accepted all of my information via email while we spoke on the phone. By the end of the call, I’d made my first 2 payments, set up autopay and had a delivery date set. My delivery even came earlier than expected. Set up was less than 30 minutes. It probably would’ve taken them less time, but I live in a second story apartment. They tested the set with me before they left. The only issue I had was that I didn’t know the set wasn’t going to come with a dryer vent, but I was able to grab one from Lowes later that same day. I was up and running. The set is XL and amazing. It’s quiet and I have a warranty for peace of mind in case anything happens. I haven’t had an issue yet though. My set is almost paid off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I will continue to use them! I have my eyes on something else and it is still within my approval limit. I called and they said I could add it now if I wanted, but I’ve decided to wait until I’m down to my last few payments with this washer and dryer. Excellent service!

Unfriendly delivery guy. Didn't show up when he was supposed to. Wouldn't even bring the boxes in or set up I had to do it. Then when I finally got some one to come out a day later because they didn't give me the right pieces. He put the support beams on wrong they are supposed to go on bottom not on top
