They can’t answer the phone during hours but they sure will blow yours up for 50 dollars. No consideration for anyone’s time.

First I would like to thank Brittany and Lauren for having excellent customer service. Unfortunately they do have a manager that is rude and doesn't know how to talk to customer. Marshall really need more training on customer service. I have been waiting for them to fix my dryer for almost a year. Call they say that someone would deliver it, gave me a date and time. Waited all day for someone to show up and they never did. Call and always get a response saying "we will see what's going on and get back with you." Of course I end up calling because I never get a call back Fast forward my furniture is paid off now I still have my loaner and still no call back from Marshall. I left a couple of messages even went up to the store. Still no help. I have no other choice but to go higher up. So if you really have to go the Aaron's just be aware....They will call your phone non-stop when your payment is coming up but if it's something they have to do they will take their time. Thank you for the lesson learn

Thank you Aaron's employees!!!💜💗 I want to share that Lauren, Brittany, Marshall, etc are truly angels!!! They are there to help when times are rough and the uncertainties in life happen. I want to thank them all once again from the bottom of my heart!!!😁🫶🫶🫶

They bring up information on your credit report that's 9 years old. I was approved, but manger wouldn't let me rent due to my son didn't pay off his account, Sometimes, it's not worth it, Just take your time and save the money. That way, you don't have to worry about payments and phone calls.

My mom and I went there on June 30th to pay our bill. There was this new person there she didn't even know what she was doing. So my mom and I handed her the money and she said we were short and I told her we had all the money together I felt like the charged us double because her mistake. That new person they hired is the worst after I'm done paying off my items I will never rent from Aaron's again unless they hire people who know what they are doing.
