Don't know exactly where to start so I will make this short and to the point. Well I went into the store in late August to jave a bedroom set ordered and then delivered once it arrived. In September I called to inquire about my order because it had been past the weeks in which I was told it would be delivered to the store. No one could find my order in the computer due to the lady that I originally spoke with no longer worked there. Now from that instance, im aggravated and pissed because how hard can it be to place an order. I was told the order would be put in that day and yet again it wasn't. By now I am more than pissed as I speak with the store manager who deeply expressed his apologies for previous encounters; which still did not lighten my mood due to lack of individuals performing their job duties. Finally the store manager, Mike, said he would look to see if there was the bedroom set in the store. Remind you here it is October and a few days away from November that I am finally getting taken care of. This is my 2nd time utilizing Rent a Center ever in my life but I do know this will be my LAST!!!!!!!!!

Andrew delivered my dryer today. There were some issues with it getting through the laundry room door. He had to remove the door to move the dryer in. He was very careful and respectful of the property. Really appreciated the level of professionalism and courtesy that he showed me and my home.
