AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I spoke with store management a few months back and informed them of my military deployment, that a payment or two may be late due to that but would absolutely be paid and was assured by management that my account would be placed “on hold” until I returned, to avoid any negative impact. Apparently that didn’t happen because they have blown my phone up multiple times a day, EVERY DAY. They’ve even gone as far as calling family members I have no dealings with, that aren’t listed on my account AT ALL, hounding them multiple times a day to contact me(which is illegal in SC as it is considered harassment and stalking). One family member also informed them that I was out of the country, whichever employee they spoke to informed them as well, that the account would be placed on hold, which obviously didn’t happen this time either and the calls still did not stop. Now that I’ve reached out via email to the BBB and Aaron’s Corporate office, they have stated that I could return the merchandise for it to be placed “on hold” (notice how they throw that around ALOT) or payments could continue. Of course with as many times as they have lied and mislead me, I don’t trust that whole “on hold” crap they like to throw around. If you can avoid doing business with Aaron’s, I would HIGHLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO unless you enjoy being lied to, harassed and having distant family members harassed. 0/10 they need to be shut down!

The staff here are very kind and accommodating. We brought a new tv home only to find there was a slight line across the bottom of the screen, they replaced it with a better one that was on sale for black friday which made our weekly payments lower. They went above and beyond to keep an Xbox hiden at pick up (it's a christmas gift for my daughter) Sarah is the absolute best! Definitely recommend coming here if you are in the market for lease to own!!

I Have Had A Bad Experience Before At Aaron’s But I Gave Them Another Shot Just Don’t Let One Bad Experience Ruin A Potential Great Experience I Am Happy With Aaron’s Right Now And Hope To Continue Business With Them!

The customer service is horrible. Employees will try to overtake you when calling in with questions dealing with your account. If you’re one payment past due, they hounded you as if though they have never received the payment before when there are several customers who come and get their merchandise or products and never hear from them again. Will call your phone or relatives who are not on the account and have nothing to do with your account five or six times a day. WILL NEVER shop there again.

My experience with this company was unacceptable. The delivery guys was a complete liar! I cleared my whole day for a delivery of $2,000 washer and dryer. I signed my contract on a Wednesday; unable to deliver weekday due to my work schedule (understandable). I expressed to them I work on Saturdays as well at 4pm. I was assured the delivery would be before 4pm on Saturday. I actively call the location for an update I was told at 3:30p the driver was 15 minutes away from my home and that I would have to help him bring my washer and dryer upstairs (I’m a small female but I was willing to help). I was ready and standing out side at 3:45 gave him grace with timing by 3:55p I called the store Francesca stated he was turning into my complex and I should wave him down. I waited till 4:05p for him to turn in the complex; I call the store once again. Francesca stated drivers said he got lost and was 3 miles away. The story did not add up at all and I was disappointed not only was I late for work, I didn’t get a washer or dryer. This company lost a client, I wanted to take advantage of the 180-day opportunity but terminate my lease I don’t want to do business with a company that don’t value customers or honesty.
