GREAT place for rentals. I needed a recliner-type chair a year ago after surgery. They set my wife up ASAP, got her a super price, delivered it and picked it up a few weeks later. Now she's having surgery, so we're doing it again, and they absolutely have it covered. Great service, great prices, great people. That's all we've rented from them, and in both cases short-term, but they have plenty of items in their showroom from tables to sofas to big-screen TVs. HIGHLY recommend!

I have been with bestway for a few years and I have had 100% satisfaction from them. I do recommend them to anyone that need just about anything. I have paid off living room furniture, washer and dryer sets, television sets, and game systems and haven't had a problem yet. Thanks Bestway for your wonderful customer service.

This store has the worst management staff. The manager doesn't know how to communicate with customers and treats the store as if it's his home. I have had multiple negative encounters with him and even recorded one incident where he asked me for cash without providing a receipt. He claimed he needed to go to the store to send me a receipt. How many other customers has he done this to? It's time to reconsider your management team.

What kind of place is this I went into this place Friday or Saturday did application paid for my son bed to be delivered which the guy said the earliest he could get it to me would be Tuesday which was fine. I knew they would be closed on a Holiday. Tuesday comes I call they tells me that they can’t deliver because they don’t have a driver but instead if I could then I could come and pick it up. Well long story short I called Wednesday they come with another excuse saying they have to go to another store and get me a mattress okay fine but that’s still not telling me when your going to deliver my stuff. I let them know if it’s not here by tomorrow which is Thursday 10:00 I need a refund. I think I went the wrong route because this is really crazy.

I purchased 2 Ashley Lamps from Best Way 1925 cherry Road Rock Hill SC. It's beautiful black lamps with white shades. The sales representative was very professional and the price was reasonable. I am truly enjoying my lamps. I would definitely used them again if I needed any purchased 👍 again. Thanks to the management and staff for a great service. Rebecca.
