Reviewed before and gave a five star, I am dropping it to 3. Trying to call is a joke, you sit on the phone until it hangs up. The two men, Travis and I believe his name is Kevin (forgive me if it isn't) are the reason I return to Aaron's at all, especially this location. Evelyn is a pain to deal with and she doesn't listen when you answer her monotonous and imbecilic way of speaking down to you. I would rather deal with anyone else. Mr. Travis and his coworker, though? Incredible customer service and incredible compassion and care. These two know how to be professional and know what the definition of customer service means. Perhaps their lashes are thin enough to see their behavior. Not sure.

I can't remember how long i have been dealing with Aaron's maybe since 2013 . I totally loved it till my account was shut down for fraud . Had to reopen totally new account and ATM card . I called and talked with a young man at store and told him all about my account being hacked and and I am waiting on bank , fix my direct deposits so I could pay . I could of got a letter from my bank to verify my account was shut down because of fraud . After all this time with Aaron's I have never had 1 thing picked up for non payment . Till now, my grandkids wanted a desktop computer to do school related and games to play with while they were visiting here. Well obviously after so many years with them. Money is all the larger companies want and not for the loyalty of staying with them . So beware

I am a repeat customer and I am very pleased with the people I have dealt with. They have always been nice, friendly and attentive to my needs. One of the delivery guys came back to my house after the store had closed and reversed the way my dryer door opened to make it easier for me to move my clothes from the washer to the dryer. He didn't have time to do it while he was working so he did it on his own time. We had a great time just talking and getting to know one another. I tried to pay him but he refused. He said he just wanted me to be a loyal Aaron's customer. That was my first time dealing with the company. So yes I'm a repeat customer and very satisfied.

I'll never rent anything here again! They're extremely rude! They also don't pull payments when you're on auto pay and then cuss at you because they failed on their end. Appliances don't hardly work and they don't actually fix anything. They gave me a replacement and started my payments over when it was almost paid off!!! Rudest customer service ever!

We've had a fantastic experience here. Delivery was next day, install was perfect of our washer and dryer. Machines have held up well a year in already. They even called to wish us happy birthday, which was a very perfect, sweet touch. (Word of advice: stay at this location, NOT Broad River. Mike will screw you over at every step. The only location I've ever had an issue with and we've been using Aaron's over ten years.)
