WARNING WARNING WARNING I purchased a couch, love seat and recliner set from the Laurens location November 2022. The second day after it was delivered the lever on the couch broke. They came out and replaced it but not without some distress on my part. Next to go was the lever on the love seat. I called them it took them about 5 months to get the part. Fast forward to March 2024 the foot of the recliner broke and the same week the foot on the couch broke as well. I was told that it was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do. I spent 3000.00 on this set and it is completely useless after only 15 months! 15 months for a 3000.00 set of furniture is unacceptable. I had a repair man to come check it out and he said it can be repaired but the cost for each piece is 400.00. I’m furious that I was taken advantage of in this manner. I was told I should have bought the extended warranty well in hindsight I should have but I was expecting a 3000.00 set from Badcock furniture would hold up for more than 15 months. I will never shop here again and I advise everyone in Laurens County to look elsewhere for furniture. I never thought Badcock would sell disposable furniture but here we are! I’ve bought furniture from Big Lots that lasted longer!

We went into the Lauren’s location to see some of the things we were interested in online in person. We walked in the store and did a full lap around the whole store passing right by an employee who acted like he didn’t even see us. We were never spoken to or helped or even greeted. Sad.

Initially the experience was hectic with the delivery guys causing some damage to the staircase, and some pieces arriving damaged, but the manager of the store, Bill, went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He fixed the light that broke, refunded a partial payment, brought over the remaining items that were needed to be exchanged. He was awesome. The furniture quality is decent, but what made this experience great was the manager of the store, Bill. Thank you Bill for taking care of us. If we were to buy furniture from Badcock again, it will definitely be from your store. One of the nicest people I’ve met.

Been a 3 1/2 year customer I love them they are fair and a great staff In Laurens I love them!! But you always have to pay to add items even after paying in time 4 years it means nothing to them my credit amount still hasn’t changed after all this time and an excellent pay history!!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽Brooke was and always is GREAT!!!

10/10 The employees here are absolutely amazing. Brooke helped me pick out items for my home what matched my wants and needs. She set me up with an amazing deal and I couldn't be happier! I had an issue with my fridge (manufacturer problem) and they immediately had a tech come out to my house and fix the problem, it was an easy fix with very little stress. The furniture is holding up great and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I really hope all of your employees are as amazing as Brooke, if so yall will have nothing but happy customers! Thank you!
