Well it might have taken a little over two months, but finally got the cord to my chair for my evening massage. Now there isn't a night I don't come home and pass out in my chair. Thank you Rent A Center, and Blaine for all your persistence and Hard work and effort to get all the parts to my products I needed. Your awesome.

I definitely want to leave no stars!! My mom has been waiting almost a week for a dryer delivery. My mom has a existing account so adding a dryer shouldn't have been such a hassle. Unfortunately her payment was taken paying monthly and the dryer never came last Wednesday. She called wondering what happened to the delivery she was then told she needed to sign paperwork before the delivery was made as that's why it didn't come. Had that information been told to her two days ago when her payment was taken she would have signed the paperwork at that time. Paperwork was signed and she was then told it would come the next day. Delivery never came. Fast forward to Saturday cause that's where my major issue comes in. Mom mom calls and the lady who answered the phone was rude, has no sympathy and customer service is poor as it could be. There is no way this establishment is thriving talking to your customers that way for no reason. She basically was telling my mother her missed delivery was all her fault and that they were now having to fit her in. The delivery crew was at lunch and had a delivery after and they MIGHT get to her later. However a rep had just told her she was first on the list Saturday morning because of the mix up from Wednesday delivery. She hung up I assume after I heard what she said I was upset but in a nice way try to explain how dare she put the blame on my mother when the rep that took her money fail to do there complete job and have her sign the paperwork at the time payment was taken. I have rented from the company in the pass and the delivery guy came out with the paperwork in hand for me to sign on the day of delivery and then proceeded to place the items in my home from the truck so idk why this lady was so rude or why mom has had to wait so long after her delivery date to receive her dryer that we are currently still waiting to be delivered but this whole process has been unacceptable. I'm looking for a number to call corporate.

I'd give zero stars if optional. They removed items from my home due to being 10days late on payment, when items were returned one was broken and another won't even come on and I'm told that I have to return all items if not paying for broke items. They asked how the items got broke because they worked in store. Which Brandy went on to say they wasn't broke here because when they were picked up they were strapped and when arrived at the store they were wrapped and put in the back of the store. So when were the items actually checked? Said the rental property has no insurance.
