Very unhappy since the ‘new manager’ took over, very rude. Call about payments before they are even DUE, saved a card on file and took a payment without consent from me.

Was charged an application fee on 11/18, but advised by another buddy’s store that they don’t charge application fees. Was told my products would be delivered @11am on Saturday 11/22. About 11:45 I’m reaching out to see if running late to be told we have internal issues needing addressed. Mind you I placed my order on Nov 16, today is 11/22. They finally arrived around 2:20ish without my bed frame, no receipt showing where my $ went, and double the price on paper work, of the stove I ordered specifically. Drivers said they didn’t even know they were supposed to be delivering here this morning, much less anything about a bed frame. My order was placed online, I was told the bed frame was in store already but still not delivered and now I have to go retrieve it myself next week. I would love to speak with the owner.

GR8 group of people highly recommend them round this time of year they definitely get u in what u need Kookie always giving it her best to help and will pull Amanda in to assist if she needs help to help us understand everything!!!!
