Rent-A-Center

This guy Tommy is very rude and he most definitely shouldn’t be working as a store manager he has no professionalism whatsoever and of course he’s nice to the ones he know. Tommy should not be working in an establishment where he deals with customers. I’ve dealt with rent a center before paid ya’ll off and never dealt with a Tommy before. I will never go back there.

Tommy that works there has a very nasty attitude. He sent some very nasty text message to my cellphone over a pin to a laptop that I only used once. I turn it back in, but it also had insurance on it to get it sent off to get it reset because I forgot the password word. I wish I had an option to post the text messages. I had to block him, but I will be seeking legal action, because if I don’t stop he will continue to be this way with others.

I wasn’t going to do this but I feel it is necessary. First let me say I do not have an account with these people. I was sent a few random text about payment and then about a delivery. I ignored the payment one as I thought someone is just trying to get me to click some random link. But when I got one today telling me I was scheduled for a delivery and the number was from this local store I said no I need to call. Not from the link from the text but I googled it and called the store. The first young man looked up the info and asked did I go online and order a refrigerator I said no he said hold on. He then comes back saying it was a glitch in the system. I said how can you have a glitch with my info where is this supposed to be delivered to and the store manager jumps on the phone and proceeds to be rude and tell me that my account is fine. I said sir I don’t have an account. His reply was well how did we get your name address and phone number in our system. I said well that’s why I am calling. I’d like to know that as well. He flat out says to me well nothing is wrong with your account. You don’t have a delivery today. So I said once more sir I don’t have an account. He rudely says well what else you want me to say I said your account is fine then he says your getting your blood pressure up and mine as well so you don’t have an account does that make you happy? I said excuse me?? He said have a nice day I said give me your corporate contact info and he gives me a bs number but that’s ok I know how to google. I filed a complaint and I’m usually not that person but if this is how you treat people that don’t do business with you, I feel sorry for those that do!!

I have been dealing with them for a few years.... and my experiences have been Amazing@! For instance Samantha and Tracy went above and beyond to help me!! They actually took matters on their own hands because I had a bed frame and TV stand delivered and the guys didn't put things together properly, so both they girls came to my house this morning and hooked everything up theirselves@! I don't know any place that would have gone out of their way to help like this. Such a great group of people especially Samantha she's always been amazing to deal with in my eyes* can't wait to get my beautiful new couches Thursday. KUDOS RENT A CENTER LADIES....I LOVE YALL... NOW ORDER MY PINK BACK.PACK PURSE AND I'LL BE GOLDEN LOL. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WOULD EVER CONSIDER GOING TO FOR ANYTHING.
