Just to inform that you have a great employee repesenting your company. I hope that this review would encourage you to honor her. Unfortunately we visit the rent a center at 2325 Augusta. Rd West Columbia the day before and she very unpleasant thats what made us try the one in Cayce and we are very happy we did. THANK YOU

98% of the time you get great customer service. The manger Phil and the young African American guy are excellent. I'm disable and my husband got in an accident. They offered to come out and help me with him. You don't get treated like that every day. Outstanding !!!

First and foremost I want to start off by saying Thank You to Ray and his supervisor! Ray was superior. He helped me and my husband and answered all of our questions. Ray customer service was what made us return to purchase merchandise. I would totally recommend anyone to stop and shop at 2449 Charleston Hwy, in cayce SC 29033 and ask for Ray.
