If I can put 0 Star on it, I would they don't give you a month to pay them and they want to come back and get my bed. MR. john this the worst of the worst. he talks about he can help you and then he wants to say. I am going to have to Schule to come and pick it up. I will not tell any of my family to go to them

I’m going to give this a 2 star for one customer service can be slight better communication form the people who answer the phones also can be better!!!! Now for the people who dropped my stuff off I’ll give them a 5 star but the people who answer the phones let’s be real fix your attitudes !!!

Rent a center approved me to rent through them. However I had to wait for payday to complete it. Not even a week later and now they refuse to help me.

I owe 100 dollars that will be payed today Friday March 15th when I get off work. My wife an little 5 year old girl at home as she recovers from surgery(my 5 year old). I get a phone call from my wife at work saying 2 of your employees came to my house banging on my door as hard as they could for 5 minutes straight cussing on the otherside of the door. then continued to knock, finally they get back in the truck, slam there truck doors an continue to drive away. I will be calling corporate today after I call the aiken store to get the names of the 2 guys who came to my house an will be filling a report about them an to never come back to my house to collect send another employee. I hope all other costumers do not get treated this way

I literally LOVE Rent-A-Center! My husband and I make it our go to whenever we’re on the market for new (or used) furniture. I love all the folks that work at this store…they’re funny, friendly, great to talk too, however, the delivery men are super rude and didn’t care much if they ruined our stuff while dropping it off. They were not careful with them at all, and you literally can tell that they’d rather be anywhere else then delivering furniture to their guests houses. They need a huge attitude adjustment.
