I have no problem with staff are the Electronics ac window units have gotten 2 tvs and ac 2years ago and still works as new very happy

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I JUST bought a home 2 weeks ago so his ID didn't reflect the new address when he went in (maybe 2 days after close). He was told that regardless of him having the closing docs with his name and ID info he couldn't pick up the fridge we wanted to purchase himself. Lie number one, bc my mom's ID wasnt switched over yet, and she recently purchased and picked up her own furniture. Then he was told that he HAD to be there for delivery. Lie number 2, bc I sat and waited at my mom's home when her last piece of furniture was delivered bc she couldn't be there.. 1st day of installation, we were told that they couldn't connect the water to the fridge to allow the water dispenser to work properly.. red flag 3.. we found out that the water and ice didn't work. Waited 2 weeks for a rep from Samsung to come take a look, only for them to confirm that an important piece was missing, improper screws were used as an attempt to fix the fridge by Aaron's, and the fridge was infested! Choosing to buy second hand, we aware of minor dents, but an infestation!! How could you sell something like this to people??!! This is something you all were aware of. We know this bc of the attempt to fix the broken piece. My husband has called the store to come pick up this disgusting fridge! I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN

Update 04/28/2023 (I wrote back to the “owners” review as soon as I saw it, however here we are almost a week later and I’ve yet to hear anything from Aaron’s, except of course the calls I got to make a payment lol I say it again, steer clear of Aaron’s) Original review: I find it hilarious that at 8am on the day your bill is due, they start blowing up your phone, but then when you call them regarding a concern about the appliance you’ve rented, you can’t reach anybody!!! It’s to the point that my wife and I refer to them as “the fiens” when we’re talking about our bills and money. Steer clear of this entire establishment. I had heard that they’re a lot better than rent a center as far the harassment goes, but they’re not. They are absolutely the exact same if not worse than rent a center.

Been meaning to write this review for a while. I am so thankful for Ms. Cassie at the Aiken store. She is an amazing person. She has gone out of her way to help us. We have been renting from them on and off for the past 4 years and she has absolutely been magical. I have referred people to this store over the years and every time I hear back from those references, the first thing they say is how much Cassie helped them. In times of need, it is important to be made feel like a human being when having to rent. Often you are looked down on because of your circumstances, without fail, EVERY time, Cassie made us feel like we were family and treated us with respect and kindness. I highly recommend this store, primarily because of Cassie!

Great staff. Easy to work with. They were so friendly. While i was there another customer was screaming and cursing at the manager cassie. Cassie was very polite and professional and extremely composed throughout the encounter. Great job!
