Don is a wonderful person to work with, he answers all of your questions. And the best part that's so hard to find these days is his Honesty. Yes that's what I said. I didn't have to go down there to know what I wanted, he had it I bought it he sent paperwork via my email I signed and he had my 10x12 Grayson Shed delivered. And if you don't know about these sheds let me tell you. They're made in Kentucky so American Made and Labored. The first one I purchased in Florida in 2016 and survived hurricane Michael in 2018. My house didn't but my shed did. Beautifully built, and American made.

It's been over a month and I still haven't received my building, after the lady inside told me about 2 weeks. The office says to call the delivery driver and it's been the same" next week, next week, we're behind bc of the rain" then he calls Monday to squeeze me in last minute, I called him back 30 minutes later and it was already too late. He hasn't been able to deliver to me all week again. Do customers not get their building delivered by purchase date? It feels like I'm getting the run around because I don't fall into his planned routes. I'm a paying customer, the route shouldn't matter when I bought my shed flat out- money upfront. 2 days short of 5 weeks and I still can't get a guaranteed delivery date

Bought a play set on June 4th was told it would take 4 weeks to receive and have built. Here it is July 16 and nothing. My wife has called and asked about it to be told they would have to call the warehouse and never received a call back. Definitely going to review our options

So far so good! Found an excellent storage building at a really good price. Delivery was on time and the set up was done very well. I've been quite impressed with the building and the whole experience.

Purchase the building from R&R charged me a deposit of $230 . when the building was delivered they drop the building in the middle of my driveway blocking it completely Also had knocked a hole in the side of the building from the time I bought it to the time they delivered it I had to hire a mover to move the building into place and out of my driveway. when I contacted R&R about fixing the building they said they would send somebody out to fix it . four weeks later no one had still showed up to fix it so I contacted R&R again and tell them to come get the building I did not want to pay full price for a damaged building they sent the same delivery company out which miraculously was able to reach the building where we had put it in place now. He just insisted he couldn’t before. R&R never refunded my money for the damage buildingAnd said that $230 was for delivery.So dealing with this company cost me $230 delivery that they didn’t complete $400 moving company to put the building in the place where it needed to go and nothing to show for any of it I consider these guys completely dishonest. Don’t get scammed way I did.
