Laura was absolutely amazing to deal with!! She was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and she continued to follow up with me. Adam, The delivery and set up specialist was also very knowledgeable and was very careful with my property as he placed the building. Of course I was very impressed with the quality of the building. It looks super on my property and I would definitely buy from Westwood again. I 100% recommend them to anyone.

We purchased 3 sheds from this company recently to build a penthouse suite for our 4 legged babies while we went on vacation. I have to say this was the most epic experience ever. It started off with Laura in Sales. She assisted us in picking the right size shed, the materials for the roof, windows, doors, and everything down to the color. We told her we would be connecting a kennel to the shed as well as making a little doggy door and was scared that could affect the warranty. She got with her team and was able to confirm very quickly that everything would be fine. She was extremely thorough and super nice. She was also extremely knowledgeable. We literally sent her a picture of a rough draft outline of what we were trying to do and she ran with it and got us the best pricing, best warranty, and best Shed possible. Her knowledge, customer Service, and the fact she went above and beyond was super helpful and appreciated. The next call I received was from Morgan, the Builder of the sheds, same company, so it was not contracted out or anything like that, everything was in house, he was just in a different section of the company. He called to update me and let me know he got the Sheds built and was super excited for us to see the finished product. When they arrived today, only a couple days after I got the call, we were super impressed. We could tell they are super sturdy and built tough. A lot better material and bigger sized wood on the frame than I have ever saw. He even left us a note in the there which I shared in the picture. That was truly epic. Big shout out to Morgan for constructing it and his awesome updates, and the note was just super cool. It was definitely the icing on the cake. The installation part I was worried about because of where the 3 individual sheds were going. It was a pretty tight fit and we were hoping they would be able to get it in there okay. The delivery, installation guys showed up. This was Jason and Joshua. They were super respectful and were amazing to work with. We showed them the task at hand, and they were not worried at all. They had some amazing equipment they used to make it all look so easy. They were so mindful and made sure we got the sheds aligned and exactly in the right spot. They then proceeded to get the sheds all leveled out and gave us a little tour. Everyone I dealt with at this company went truly above and beyond and made the process so smooth and rewarding. We were looking into building the sheds ourselves from a DIY kit from lowes or home depot. While were planning, things kept adding up, and thats when I contacted Laura to get a quote. I am so glad we did. We would have came out almost the same price wise after all the material. With us doing it with Westwood, we got amazing built sheds, an amazing warranty, all with an amazing installation process. I cannot recommend them enough. They are definitely the best. Thanks Westwood Sheds for everything. The whole process was easy and truly epic.

Laura was amazing to work with from beginning to end. She was patient, knowledgeable, and straight forward. Laura went above and beyond that day to get me taken care of. The shed is very well built. I’m glad I drove through every stoplight downtown Columbia, from Sumter, to go to Lexington, to do business with Laura at Westwood Sheds!😂🤣 Only Laura will understand! 🤪

Such an Awesome experience from shopping to buying and then finally the delivery of our new beautiful well built shed! Affordable prices for the quality and it was such a breeze from start to finish! Now it's time to start filling up our shed! They even were several days ahead of schedule on the delivery! And their set up crew were fast and efficient and didn't mess up our yard or anything! Skilled and professional all the way around !
