3/9/26 I am editing my review from a 1 to a 5 for a couple of reasons. Once I spoke to Jason, he kept his word of getting back to me by the end of the day. He also got the ball rolling immediately. 2nd reasons for my edit is because of Javier. (I hope i spelled it right) He came a day early, was very professional and fixed the issue with the door. The building was a little unlevel but husband fixed that. Javier was excellent at his job and I really appreciated him. Thank you both for getting the issue fixed. My husband and I purchased a building on 1/30/26. It was delivered on 2/21/26. I notified the person I purchased it from as well as Guardian Solution on same day to inform them the doors needed to be fixed. Very difficult to open and you can see by pictures that something is off. It almost looks like the building was possibly dropped. We were informed by the person we purchased it from that someone would be in touch and she "would make it right". We have already started installing the electrical equipment, have purchased additional insulation as I need this building to be completed for a business venture. Either make it right or knock off some money for me to have it fixed. The runaround is getting old.
