I recently applied for financing and did not receive any follow-up communication regarding the status of my application. After waiting a week, I called to inquire about an update. During the call, the representative asked when I had applied, and after I explained it was the previous Friday, he informed me that they would not be able to assist me. When I asked for clarification on whether my application had been declined, he confirmed that it had. I was disappointed with the level of professionalism throughout this process. The representative did not ask for my name or attempt to verify my information before providing an answer. Additionally, I was not contacted with an update and had to take the initiative to follow up myself after a full week of waiting. Clear communication and timely updates would have greatly improved this experience.

I bought a golf cart from them for!!$6300 it had a noise in it and they told me it was the center cap on the trie. We put about ten mile on it it gave out. Had it checked out, well they had put a limo motor in it and changed out the transmission with the wrong one. Not to say maybe after a month of buying itI had to buy batteries..never will go back.it was not a limo it was a four seater,
