Initial interaction was very pleasant and helpful. Units are reasonably priced. I decided to purchase and build time was as promised, two to three weeks. Arranged to have the shed delivered to my address from the factory to prevent time sitting on the lot, however it was delivered to the lot. My shed has been sitting on the lot for almost two weeks now. First week I noticed my shed was on the lot I reached out to the sales associate and she read the message and did not respond, to either of the two messages sent. I had to catch her on the lot to find out when it would be delivered. My area did have some rain so day of original delivery was requested to be rescheduled. If it had been directly delivered as discussed the rain would have not been a factor. I’ve tried reaching back out as I have still not received my building and have been unable to reach or get a response from anyone. As a customer the one thing I hate is to feel ignored and unadvised if I’ve reached out for answers.

I have received the best customer service at this location! Amy knows all the ins and outs of those buildings and makes you feel right at home. Definitely recommend!

I visited Bennett Buildings to get pricing for a small gardening shed. Amy was super helpful, knowledgeable and answered every question I had (and even the ones I didn’t know I had)! Will def be purchasing from here and recommending to everyone I know!

I've been working with Amy for what seems like ever on designing my own personal shed. I wasn't able to go through with it (I moved further away than expected) but she was awesome to work with and answered any questions I had. And the price was well within what I was looking for.
