Customer reviews
I recently purchased a high wall vehicle shed from North Country Storage Barns. A somewhat complex project based on the customization required. The quality is excellent, the proposal was detailed, and the overall value was great - They were easy to work with, great communication and very responsive via both email and phone. I'm done putting up sheds I think, but if I ever needed another structure, NCSB is my go-to from now on. Ask for Zach and /or Tanner.
North country storage was THE best experience from beginning to end! We tell everyone in the market to go right to you! Thank you!!!
I ordered a 12x20 shed from North Country. I had the pleasure of dealing with salesman Stephan Yankovski and he was phenomenal. He was able to answer all my questions with a lot of knowledge. His communication was above and beyond, even responding on weekends and after hours when I had last minute questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone just based on the communication alone, but then the finished product arrived a few weeks later and I was extremely happy with that as well. Again, I had an incredible experience with north country storage barns and would recommend them to anyone and I plan on using them again.
I was informed that I would be called when NCSB would arrive at my residence. That never happened. I just thought, oh well. I was told the second time that the ramps would be installed on the building that were forgotten on delivery. Did not happen because no one came and no communication. I was asked, did someone call you? No. Waited all day for NCSB to arrive. My wife heard a door open the next morning and looked out and saw the ramps installed and saw a dark car leaving. I guess we upset NCSB and communication was done. Sad ending, but shows the professionalism of NCSB. Will never be forgotten. Thanks for the service. Was treated with respect by Heather the salesperson that sold us the 8 x 8 building with ramps installed. Great interaction and left with a good feeling. This is the second building I purchased from NCSB. First one happened with no problems. Very professional operation. Second one Big Difference!
You guys did another great job I’ve had about a half dozen of you Building Love them all thank you
Amazing sheds, with the best and easiest design platform to create and personalize every feature. Stellar customer service and skilled staff, with amazing accessibility for a perfect delivery. Absolutely could not give enough praise!
I had an excellent experience with North Country Storage Barn. They have a great selection of inventory on-site, and the process from choosing a shed to scheduling delivery was quick and efficient. I also appreciated that they offer both financing option and recommended vendors, which made everything very convenient. Heather made the entire purchasing process easy and straightforward. She took the time to understand what I needed, suggested a vendor who could help with a stone foundation for my shed, and even picked up the phone to contact them right away. Thanks to her professionalism and responsiveness, everything came together smoothly, and I would highly recommend North County Storage Barn-and Heather in particular- to anyone looking for a new shed.
Very easy to work with and they put my play set up fast and even came earlier than expected! The quality of the sets are amazing. Totally recommend!
Can I ask for a better company to deal with for a shed. This is the second one i've ordered. Delivery was very professional Did a great job. If you're looking for a well belt , shed , I definitely recommend North country.
