We could not be happier with Out West Buildings. They brought the container to us and put it the exact spot that we had picked out. We are doing a remodel, so we have stored all of our belongings in the container. They will pick it up when we are finished with it. Such a great deal. The people are very nice and easy to work with. If we ever had to do it again, we sure would.
Out West Buildings in Fallon, NV Out West Buildings is exceptional. We purchased a large shed from them in October 2024. The shed needed a permit from Lyon County. The permitting process dragged on until the permit was finally issued in June of 2025. Out West patiently stored our shed until June and then to November because our Reno contractor did not get around to pouring the shed base until they weren’t busy with Reno commitments. The delivery process was on time and done with care.
Fantastic Experience!!!! I ordered a "Tall Barn Garage Style" Building but needed it to have matching composition shingles & paint to match, per HOA rules. Placed order in Mid Oct 2025 and it was delivered on time, as promised. I also included the door & window upgrade and complete spray foam insulation options and am very pleased I did. Delivery was flawless, driver was super diligent and friendly at placement and leveling, thank you, well done.
I would give you a 100% satisfaction of the 10x20 barn Garage. From picking it out to delivering this was by far the best way for my family to get another garage. Delivery of our 36x14 Deluxe Lofted Playhouse was a circus. The first vehicle used was a semi with super-single racing slicks. We live in a rural area with a sloped driveway. Fail. One week later a suitable truck delivered the building with zero problems. Overall the building is well built.walls are plumb and square. Construction is of very good quality.
