Big W's Portable Buildings

I believe that this a great couple. I have purchased a shed,cabana,10x12 building and a 14x80. All from derksen and big w's which went off without a hitch. Also ordered a carport from eagle. This was a nightmare. They called us Tuesday morning and asked how many installers were at our location. My wife said Noone. Lady from eagle says I will call you back. No call back and we couldn't get anyone but a voicemail that day. Next day we waited the whole day. Again no show. Everyone has cameras now. The excuse of I knocked but Noone answered just dosent work. And people cannot take off work and loose pay for this type of unprofessionalism. Again really I understand it isn't the owners there at Big Ws But to buy that many buildings from someone and to get the excuses I received today is unacceptable. I asked for someone to come out today. They could not make that happen. Do not purchase from eagle. Find someone else if you need a carport.

From the time I arrived at Mr. Winston's lot to the time my building was delivered was nothing but a pleasant and professional experience. "Big W" was extremely polite and professional to deal with, he had an answer for any question we had and he was very informative with the details of my loan. And if I could give another 5 star review to Kyle with Kyles Transport I would. Kyle was very professional and extremely friendly. Head made sure my building was exactly where and how I wanted it. If you are in the market for a building definitely go see "Big W", I promise you won't regret it!!!!!

We had a custom garage style shed built with Big W. Owner's are so kind and very knowledgeable. They were able to answer every question and didn't give us any pressure for a sale. Delivery came earlier than we were quoted, which was a gift! Delivery was excellent and driver was on time. We actually overpaid by almost $200 and was notified immediately. Their honesty speaks volumes. Excellent customer service from Big W. Excellent products as well.

Great couple, they really are. But the company they represent is horrible and service after the sale is appalling. We received a bad building that was not as promised. We surrendered it less than a month from delivery. No refund, and we got over it. Moreover, the anchors were left behind with the promise they'd be removed. Now, more than four months later and at least 15 calls, the anchors are still there, an we are unable to remove them ourselves. Do your homework and choose carefully, all Derksen cares about is profit and NOT making sure the consumer gets what they want. There are service calls active right now that are more than 5 years old just in Louisiana. BBB case is active and reported to FTC consumer protection. I'd be happy to upgrade my review upon the successful removal of the anchors but right now I just can't.

Payments have good price. The build of shed is amazing not problems no complaints. Easy to make online payments. When delivered the guy was very nice and made sure it was done correctly. Need I shed or even just a building for a hide away space go here. Highly recommend
