Terry appeared to be reasonable and positive initially. Once I purchased a carport from him, that quickly changed. When I inquired about delivery dates or had questions regarding anything to do with installation, I quickly got the idea that he felt as if it were below him. Just like another customer stated in a separate review, he’s basically the equivalent of a car salesman. When a customer is spending thousands of dollars on these structures and supporting your business, you should strive to assist them through the process. Do yourself a favor and save the money by purchasing directly through the company that manufactures the buildings.
I was concerned when I read the other reviews that I was going to get scammed, but Terry was VERY upfront with costs, financing, options, and everything! Quick trip, he was extremely helpful and I can’t wait to get our new barn in!
We have gotten 3 buildings. 2 from terry and one from someone else. Let me tell you how much I love terrys buildings! They are built so well compared to the other we got. Mr terry was not pushy in any way (like most salesmen) and was very honest throughout the whole process. To make things even better, the delivery guy was just as great! Patient and skillful! If I could rate 10 stars for both I would!

Great service! I bought a 10’x16’ storage building. Then bought a custom carport over the phone! Terry made the whole process so easy. He answered questions and explained the process.
