Bought a 26x35 garage 4 years ago with a 10 year warranty. Had a few spots of rust on it. Filed a claim and essentially they blamed it on me and refused to cover. Many other metal building companies around to do business with. Make sure they explain warranty to you and the limitations and requirements.
I recently bought a small shed from this business. Josh was very efficient and professional to deal with. He explained the quality points of the Handi House sheds (The have a stronger foundation, for one), summarized the local zoning regs for installing a shed, and set me up with a delivery date and time. The delivery was exactly on time and the installers had it set up within an hour.
