I had been looking to buy a Shed for about 2 months for my new down sized residence (RV port retirement home)....I had visited two local Shed builders. They were ok but did not address all my concerns about their sheds. I did not see anything on their lots either as to what I was looking for in a Shed. While searching Sheds online, I saw the perfect Shed for what I needed to match my new RV port home! I was not quiet ready to purchase. The Shed was a LARK and was being sold by PLANT CITY SHEDS in Plant City, Fl. I visited their lot on Hwy 92 east in Plant City, Fl and personally looked the Shed over (A 10' x 20' cream yellow trimmed in white). I met CAESAR who came out to greet my wife & I. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the LARK all aluminum SHED. I was not ready to purchase that day but was concerned I would not find this exact Shed!! He assured me, if he sold this Shed he could get me another one! Fast forward one month and on Wednesday this week (the 16th of August 2017) my contractor said ok, we need your Shed in place by Saturday, to finish a retainer wall and Brick pavers! "Say what?!?! I immediately called Caesar to see if he still had MY Shed lol or how long to get one!?...Thank God my Shed was still on the lot!! Caesar came out to my place and surveyed my location (A tight one) to put the Shed. Within 3 hours Caesar had me a set up guy, Dave Heath (Heath Sheds & Services) for an early Saturday morning delivery & set up! Saturday at 10:00 am Dave showed up with the Shed and his helper and by 12:30 pm, the shed was in place leveled and anchored! I was impressed with the care Dave took with setting up my new Lark Shed! The service I received from Caesar at Plant City Sheds was simply the best! I highly recommend this company! The price on the shed?! Very reasonable for what I got and well worth it for the service I received! The Shed quality is awesome I might add!
