I purchased a large greenhouse from this location. The process was smooth from beginning to end. Staff very professional and knowledgeable. My Handi House arrived today and the men delivering it was TOP NOTCH professional, thorough, and just plain nice. At every turn they went above and beyond, on a very trying delivery and set up. They could have taken many easy outs, but delivered and set up exactly how we asked in spite of the nearly 100 degree weather and tight areas. Their great attitude and drive to deliver great service made me wonder if they owned the company. The thought Handi House should know. Thank you!

Great customer service! Staff is very knowledgeable! Wonderful experience from the purchasing process all the way until our building was delivered. Their staff did a wonderful job of helping us obtain a permit with the county and all requirements needed to obtain the permit.

Absolutely horrible experience. I dealt with Kerri. I had to call her three times to “remind” her to send someone out to my house to see if the trailer and shed could fit down my road. Never sent anyone over. Then a guys shows up at my door two weeks after I spoke to Kerri and tells me oh I forgot to stop by. I followed up with Kerri to see if it would work, and guess what, never returned my call. I guess business is good and you don’t need my money. It all worked out though, I went to Coastal Sheds in Green Cove on a Friday and they delivered my shed Tuesday. Oh, and the same shed was 900 dollars cheaper at Coastal. Thanks Kerri!
