Customer reviews
I purchased a large greenhouse from this location. The process was smooth from beginning to end. Staff very professional and knowledgeable. My Handi House arrived today and the men delivering it was TOP NOTCH professional, thorough, and just plain nice. At every turn they went above and beyond, on a very trying delivery and set up. They could have taken many easy outs, but delivered and set up exactly how we asked in spite of the nearly 100 degree weather and tight areas. Their great attitude and drive to deliver great service made me wonder if they owned the company. The thought Handi House should know. Thank you!
Great customer service! Staff is very knowledgeable! Wonderful experience from the purchasing process all the way until our building was delivered. Their staff did a wonderful job of helping us obtain a permit with the county and all requirements needed to obtain the permit.
Any time I call and ask questions these guys are so nice, and prices are good. Carry is awesome to work with, as well as Jamie. Definitely my go to source for any metal buildings.
I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience my wife and I had with the purchase of our building from your company. From the beginning of the process to the delivery of the completed product, everything has been outstanding. Kerri, the sales manager, was consistently helpful and attentive throughout. Additionally, the two gentlemen who delivered the building were both professional and courteous. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service we received, and we will certainly recommend your business to our friends and family if they are in need of a storage building or any other products. If it were possible to give your team a five-star rating, I would gladly do so. Thank you! R & J
Absolutely horrible experience. I dealt with Kerri. I had to call her three times to “remind” her to send someone out to my house to see if the trailer and shed could fit down my road. Never sent anyone over. Then a guys shows up at my door two weeks after I spoke to Kerri and tells me oh I forgot to stop by. I followed up with Kerri to see if it would work, and guess what, never returned my call. I guess business is good and you don’t need my money. It all worked out though, I went to Coastal Sheds in Green Cove on a Friday and they delivered my shed Tuesday. Oh, and the same shed was 900 dollars cheaper at Coastal. Thanks Kerri!
Fantastic business: Dealt with owner on several occasions. She knows her products inside and out, extremely fair price and less expensive than all the other companies in Clay county. Had an incident, not with her or their company, rather a third party installer who was really bad in everyway, yet Handi House dealt with the situation perfectly and kept me as a happy customer. I am about to call them this morning for another shed need I have. They are the best!
