Bought my first Mini Barns and chicken coop back in January. Loved Golden State Buildings LLC so much I ordered the blue loafing shed 3 months later, and it is stunning! Amazing service from Admin team, construction crew, to delivery crew.

I needed an 8x12 shed transported from Lowe’s to my home, and Victor from Golden State Building did an excellent job. I was impressed with how smoothly he handled moving such a large shed using his equipment and placing it exactly where I wanted it. He was prompt, professional, and made the whole process look easy. I can't give this company enough credit. A 10-star company. Our contractor for this project was David, and he did a great job, very knowledgeable and prompt. Our project turned out beautifully (26' X 42' gym). Absolutely recommend! Great work and craftsmanship. Changes or additions to your project were a breeze. If you need your building project done from start to finish (including building permits and the works), Golden State Building is the perfect fit. Don't waste your time gathering different contractors for your project. Save yourself the headache!!! These guys have all the licensed contractors from start to finish. They keep you informed via their online chat (where you can find all the information for your project and timelines), which is very important if you are timeline-focused. They are excited every time they show up, and not just them, but also the people they have, from the concrete people to the electricians. They also didn't mind that my family watched them work or that I let my dogs out to use the restroom while they were present. A big thank you from our family to yours.

This building is for storage and to house our well pump. Building up in 5 hours and ready for plumbers and electricians. Storage shelves put in place. Our only issue is we wish they had moved the building 4’ more left so we could open both doors fully.
