Total rip off for the payments like I had everything paid off by the date they highlighted for the price and I still had to pay the rest of it for no reason and the manager just arguing with me about it like don’t rip a customer off when they did what you said and not make the fixes cause I said I could pay that off maybe you should hire better people. This location is highly unprofessional. Don’t expect to buy furniture and have it delivered. The staff is lazy and instead of delivering it to you they will cancel your account and not tell you because “their guy can’t lift” and I have stairs. I only waited a month to not get a couch I made payments on. 🙂👍🏻

I rented a desktop gaming computer for my son. He had it for 2 months, he turned it on one day and the screen looked like a magnet was ran across it. I had the protection plan on it since it was previously rented and took it into the store so they could send it out to be repaired and ask about the headphones that was supposed to come with it but we never received! They gave him a loaner laptop until it was done. It has been 6 months since I took it in to get repaired, I understand that COVID has slowed things down, but they haven’t even communicated with me at all about the progress or problems (although they call regarding payment first thing in the morning the DAY my payment is due) so I called today to find out when we would get it back. AJ told me that the screen was punctured and couldn’t be repaired (it was not punctured when I took it in) and that I could keep the loaner laptop. I explained my son wants a desktop and asked if they were going to give me another one, she said I could come in and pick out a new one but it would cost more. I will never go to this store again!
