Everything went really well, the couch and stuff was top quality and the employees great to work with. I did find rent a center very unempathetic to any life circumstances that caused a late payment. I was always threatened with repossession or the police if only a few days late. Aarons by contrast was always happy to work with payment arrangements and listened to my situation and worked with me. At the time I was going through cancer treatments and working very sporadically and was constantly stressed by the strict weekly payments.

Very dissatisfied with the services offered by this people, they dont want to send the items from the store. When we tried to process they will not explain the process clearly I have tried to contact with them for more than 5 days and they ask to come next day, and they will ask to put your manager in the call and after that they will cancel the deal by making any reason. They literally the laziest team of people I have ever met.

Gave us a great bundle deal that ended the week before but when we were told it was supposed to be delivered one day within a 2 hour window it never came and I had to reach out to the manager myself to ask what was going on and apparently the driver didn't show up for work until late so they were behind; they gave me an idea of a later time in the day and still no show and no calls for updates. I had to continuously keep reaching out. By end of night it still never came, I contacted manager again first thing in the morning (10 am when store opened) he told me he'd get the team right on it and they'd be here shortly after loading; the team still never showed up until close to 12. The team had also forgotten our fireplace so I called manager up again around 3 he said he'd bring it by but did not show up until 7:30.
