We got living room set with Rent A Center on Millersville Pike in Lancaster when they brought the couches , the delivery person was high , on top of that when they brought the furniture in , they rip it . So we decided to change our mind to have them pick the living room set up . They damaged my door !!!!!! I would NOT Recommend them at all T
Date of the contract 09/05/25 .Also from my recent review … I want to add the following : . I do not have insurance required on my contract. There weee times when I would not pay until my bed set was fixed: never happened. I need to have this business remove the auto pay before asap !!! March 3/2026.!!!! I will pay it online . At this time I have no idea what my payment amount is. I was given 5 different amounts.. on my copy of the initial transaction amt says $200 per month.! That is the amount I will pay online. And nothing else. My bank is aware of this fraudulent process that I didn’t approve. Example … a lot of my bills . On my apps. I can turn auto off and put it back on .if I want to. You are not giving me that option legally . when in fact other options are listed on your website. I will never go into the store. Ever. Beginning March 3 payment will be online. RAC $200 $256 $236 $221 $13.77. . $12.99 most recently $190 & $12.20 he said that he would autopay. I would strongly recommend legally. that you cancel the autopay. Proof you turned it off. Then I will submit the correct amount on March 3rd.online.
Now I know why there are a lot of negative comments.i really like the manager. He has helped me. HE CANT TELL ME ITS REQUIRED TO me for AUToPAY. My experience here was traumatic. I have gotten at least 5 different amounts to pay. It is not legal to enroll me into AUTOPAY. without my permission. I was told that RAC requires auto pay.!!! That’s a lie. You have 3ways to pay… online. In store or autopay .then outta no where .. I have to pay insurance .THIS INFO IS ON THE WEBSITE. . I was threatened that if I don’t do auto pay on March 3. My bedroom set will be taken from my home on March 3. Federal Laws protect customers from this type of threat and doing business as such. It is illegal. My set has fallen apart. They gave me a brand new set. That I never saw until I went in the store. I did not like it. That’s my choice. I told the Credit Manager that I will keep the set I have . Under the condition that you fix it. It’s beautiful. And THAT I would keep it only if they would fix the falling apart . And They would come and fix it. They have not complied.
About a month ago I ordered a product-which was chaos then as they were sold out of the thing I ordered & signed an agreement for. Ok not the end of the world- stuff happens. Lady was respectful. So I had to come back another day and get something else. I explained it that it’s charging me a RAC benefit thing &I don’t want it. This woman said she would take it off, two week later I get online to pay and there is that benefit thing. I call RAC. This time a man is on the phone and I tell him what happened. He promises to take the benefits charge off for “from now on.” Two weeks later- here I am, it’s still charging me almost 8 dollars more. I call RAC. This woman tells me she cannot take it off. Everyone has to pay it. I said is this new? I’ve gotten things here multiple times, I never had to get it. She said yes. It’s newer they started making everyone pay. - that is ridiculous. Like if that’s the case Fine but why lie to me multiple times RAC?? There were so many things I could add here but I won’t , I’m not a big complainer, but this was crazy. I can’t stand lies. Just be honest! Don’t play games smh. This is the last time I am leasing anything with RAC, there’s other places.
The manager lied and sold me a broken Ps5 contacted him for 2 weeks straight paid my bill and my son was never able to play on it also the manager never even came and picked it up sent one of his employees to get it the console had 2 other peoples accounts on it when we got it and it was supposed to come with Spiderman Game and never did .
