Nothing but a pleasure to work with this location. I've rented a dryer years ago, and just now completed renting a wash machine because the parts needed to fix mine were on back order. Machine was spotless, worked excellent, the delivery men were pleasant and respectful, dropping off and picking up. And, Mary was a pleasure to work with finding out what I needed and explaining the pricing. If I ever need anything in the future, I will only deal with the East Stroudsburg location. Disclaimer: my review is for short term contracts to stage homes. I worked with the store staff to rent furniture for a poconos vacation rental. We were staying in it short term and this store helped by selecting quality pieces my elderly in laws could use easily. The cost was very reasonable. The delivery crew set the furniture up perfectly and then came and removed it quickly, working around the chaos of our own moving day. The staff worked with me every step of the way, again at a very fair price. Do not try to sell an empty house! Call Rentacenter first. The East Stroudsburg store manager is first rate at getting you exactly what you need with no sales pressure for any more. I will be using them again.
