sooooo happy that Khourt is still there, her and her husband always kept me coming back for the good deals the aura she gives off makes you feel like more than a customer I tell her all the time if she leaves I do too.

Had a previously bad experience with the Aaron’s in Washington with poor customer service and communication. I am unsure of the young lady that was at the counter today while I was looking at fridges there was only 1 there but she did explain she was waiting on new ones to come in and would have them on display by tomorrow, she very much so seemed to know her work. She was kind, patient, and understanding of what I was needing. Asked me questions i’ve never been asked before, if I knew what size I needed and how wide my doorway was. She listened to me rave about my new home and my ongoing battle with breast cancer. There are not many people left is this world that work in customer service that don’t just treat you like someone they just want to take money from. I hope that someone who has a say notices this review and recognizes that young lady for her work. I wish I would have remembered her name, but once I get back to work and back on my feet I will be going to see her again.

Khourtney is the best thing about Aaron's. She has gone above and beyond for me in the past. I'm a long time customer and she's definitely my favorite employee

I bought a stereo that had been rented for years a cash n carry they said well besides some of the things that don't work it originally came with a remote and the stereo was exclusively for Aaron's I tried to search the net for one but idk because it was thru Aaron's their website says they can get you one but when I called the store they said with cash n carry it's as is I said I understand I just want to see if they could get one the girl said she would have the manager call me back but I haven't received it. I just think they could have been more helpful not make someone feel like the just sold you so junk and it's my problem.

Khourtney and Sara at this location always go way above and beyond for me and my entire family. Always quick with an answer and very helpful with any financial issues I’ve ran into. Aaron’s is the best in the rent to own business and this location is one of the best themselves! Can’t recommend enough

I ordered a new whirlpool washer and dryer from here, not even a week later my washer stopped working. Some one came and looked at it, they told me it was a manufacturer issue and they would call me when the part came in. Over a week later I called and they told me they never sent anyone and made another appointment to fix it, nobody called or anything. I called again! They told me they were going to make a appointment again. I have had to wash my clothes in my tub because they couldn't keep an appointment. I am having them returned and I am going somewhere else. I would not recommend this aarons at all.
