Me and this lady have been waiting here for over a half hr waiting for them to open the doors. They open at 10am and have a sign that says be back in 40 min. WHAT TIME DID YOU LOCK THE DOORS would be helpful. I came from Scappoose to drop off Amazon pkgs and with the cost of GAS, not acceptable!!!!!!
Will never shop here again only giving 1star because no option for zero I suggest saving your money and shopping else were.

They jam extended warranties in every deal without disclosing to the customer that there is optional protection in the payment. The latest thing is for them to get you to docusign and never come in to the store so you never know you are paying for protection you don't know about. COLUMBIA COUNTY DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CLOWNS.

The St. Helens store sucks. They scratched up my walls broke the hallway light. Couldn't get the furniture in so I had ro order something else wait 2 -3 weeks set a time for them to come they don't show say they were waiting for confirmation that I gave the day prior. They wasted my whole afternoon and evening
We picked out a couch and when it arrived...it was the wrong one. They said there was a miscommunication since the couched were next to each other and they would make it right. They let us use the couch they delivered until our couch came in. Always super Friendly and very responsive to issues. We've used them a few times. The 6 months same as cash is great. Love it!!!
