They were good at first. Now they leave people like me in financial peril. They used my credit card for auto renew that I didn't agree too. They say it's their new rule. Thieves. Go to Aarons! Much better service.

Not happy. Bought a used couch from them. Didn't get to see the couch completely put together, but I did see it in pieces. He assured me it was in perfect condition. The couch they brought me was not the same couch. The couch love seat he showed me in the back had a middle armrest with cup holders. Since the couch was used, he promised he would clean it as well. The one they brought me was not clean. In fact, it smelled like urine in one spot. And when I took my black light to it, there was a stain down the side of the loveseat it was crusty. One side of the large couch is already breaking, and here's a hole in one of the cushions. Wil never buy furniture from them again. I feel like I got ripped off.
