Worst location ever i recommend rent a center. Aarons is a total rip off

Horrible customer service will never shop thare again managers are very rude and disrespectful.

First conversation great, ordered that’s day! The delivery drivers were fun, talkative & nice, a cord was forgotten assured it be there shortly but I went to pick it up so they could finish their routes no biggie, but the TV and JBL preleased yes did not have remotes so downloaded on phone what a inconvenience it was and became, husband called for the week so furniture can be picked back up and was given a few week date so our home has been in shambles due to set crowding living room and other set being used too! Cannot get anyone to return his calls though it seems as it’s “nose goes” to answer his call he continues. I thought Aaron’s was gonna be the right choice for a better looking inventory than RAC but we are wrong we miss RAC never was disrespected from RAC. Unfortunately we are still keeping a couple items from them but we won’t buy again from them and try pay off quickly.

Josh and his team really helped and made the experience a good one. I will continue to give them my business as they are professional yet friendly I would recommend this as your leasing company. Thanks Josh for all your help!

I have notes in my account that says not to call mornings because I work evenings. When do they call me mornings every month. I talked to the manager when it was a lady and told her my payday was after the first week of the month she said it was okay and that I could pay then and they wouldn’t call me in the morning. I had just worked a 14 hour shift and got a call last morning at 8am, then 8:45am I believe. I had only been asleep for a little and I have to leave my phone on for work. I was not happy, the manager he was so rude. Aarons customer service has really gone down the toilet. This will be my last purchase there I won’t deal with this again. Good thing it’s a recorded line and they can hear the rudeness.
