This place went down hill fast after the long time manager left. I ordered a bedroom set almost 3 weeks ago and still it’s not setup for use. The communication is poor but we are in Oklahoma so my outlook on interactions here are expect to go this way seems no one from here has critical thinking skills anyway. The came to deliver and said there is no room to put it there was room for that suite and 2 more items they just don’t listen. They didn’t even bother to call me back and tell me this. When I called the manager, she said she will call me right back. I missed the call talking to my older child to figure out why they didn’t leave the suite. I called right back no answer and she never called me back then closed. This is on a Saturday. I hope they know they’re gonna charge my card next week absolutely not. I don’t even want it anymore. I moved and got rid of my old bedroom suit, and I needed the bed and boxspring off the floor due to my spinal condition.Terrible horrible. I could have done many other things to help this but you guys screwed me over. Don’t call me and ask me about the crap either. Take it back to your store and leave me alone!!!!

Just watched your delivery truck unit number P9240 , throw the drivers trash out the windows on the Czech hal exit off i40. Come on, they can do better.

I had a disappointing experience with this company due to a lack of transparency and honesty in their business practices. Promises made during the sales process were not honored, and key details were either omitted or misrepresented. When concerns were raised, customer service was evasive and unhelpful. It's unfortunate to see a company prioritize short-term gains over building trust with their customers. I would advise others to proceed with caution and ask for everything in writing.

Wow I did think highly of them but they are rude and if your one payment behind well not even behind they come to your house. My son has Ashbergers and this stressed him so out . I will never deal with them again . I thought no give them a shot you cant afford a ps5. Its not worth it. The small little lady in the truck was rude. Worst place ever

I have had the pleasure of being a customer of the Yukon Rent a Center for 15 plus years. Joyce Hall and her employees are so kind, respectful and go out of their way to help. They don’t pressure you and go out on a limb to help in anyway they can. If you ever need something and need quality things at prices you can afford go check them out and tell them Becky sent you!!!
