Best washing machine we have ever owned. The salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the machines. He told us the pros and cons of each brand and left the decision up to us. We loaded the washing machine ourselves because we wanted to use it right away and their deliveries were full for that day. I would highly recommend this company. I think it is so much better to support local small businesses rather than corporations when I have a choice. This is the kind of service that used to be commonplace is still available if you look hard enough. Very, very happy.

I called them about an issue I was having (Flow Sense D80), and the guy who answered was super helpful. He actually listened to me (shocking, right?), asked me questions to figure out what was wrong, and fixed my problem right over the phone! No trying to squeeze money out of me for a service call or acting like I was bothering him. Honestly, this kind of honesty and helpfulness is so rare nowadays.
