Zack and Dustin did a fantastic job bringing my couch in. They were very careful while moving it into the house. They were very professional and helpful with any questions that I had. I would definitely buy from zanesville rent to own again.

Honestly not a big supporter of Rent to Own as an idea. You lose out on money and overpay on value. However, since I have decided to go with them it has been great. Good people, doesnt feel like they are trying to sell me stuff, always willing to help. Very realistic about everything and respect seems to be a big driving force in how they operate!

I really hope I remember their names correctly, but Austin and Zach were awesome! The set everything up for me, didn’t leave a mess, didn't damage anything, were very polite, and were communicative! Awesome work!

I went in Rent 2 Own looking for a chair Lakyn was super nice and helpful… I was able to find what I wanted. The following day I went in looking for a bed and ended up getting two night stands as well. Kelsey was super nice and helpful… delivery was set up and when the day came Dustin and Austin arrived before the scheduled time and was super nice and helpful as well. They set it all up for me My experience has been great and I’m super happy with all I purchased. Lakyn,Kelsey,Dustin,Austin were all very professional.

Just wanna let everybody know that Austin and Jeff are amazing. They’re so friendly and make you feel very comfortable when they enter your home and also to the entire team on Maple Avenue. They are also amazing and very friendly. I love working with all of them.

Had a triple bunk bed delivered and assembled for my kids. Austin and Dustin were awesome! Not only were they one time, got straight to work, and completed everything super fast; they also engaged in general conversation with my husband and I. Ended up having a few laughs while they got their work done. If you're looking for get furniture somewhere with amazing customer service (my husband has been with R2O for years), I highly recommend coming here. All of their staff is friendly and knows the necessary information about their inventory. If they don't have what you're looking for they work hard to find it for you or find you something very similar.

Zach and Abigail were amazing, I got home a little late and missed them dropping off my washer and dryer and they turned around to make sure we got it the same day. Very friendly and professional. I didn’t have to lift a finger. Definitely recommend 10/10
