Took in Amazon returns and he was nice but i'm not sure if he was new to the idea, of returns, but i had to wait for him to pack each item, in a clear plastic bag, take it to another room before he came back and did my second return. Staples scans the items and packs them after the customer leaves, not sure why I had to wait for you to put each item in a clear baggy and then you had me stand there while you took it another room.. i'm not really complaining but comparing you to other return centers so you can improve.

The Rent-a-Center Wooster location is by far the best location I’ve been too. All the employees there are amazing. They made sure I got everything I wanted in the price range I wanted to stay at. Alex the new manager provided some great promotions and explained everything to me as far as the agreement goes. This will forever be the location I use for any furniture/electronic needs I have.

The Rent-a-center in Wooster Ohio is wonderful.....The Assistant manager Grant takes the time to Thoroughly explain everything so you can completely understand any agreement before you sign.....He is so understanding & polite & Goes out of his way for customers❤️❤️

This company just loss my business after over 10+ years. I was without a washer for a week then, they tried to charge me for something I didn’t even use until Friday. Then they now have it mandatory auto pay. Never had to use it in the last year now all of a sudden they want me to use autopay.
