I highly recommend Aaron’s. They have always been very understanding, professional, and easy to work with. I’ll never forget when my father passed away and we only asked for a couple extra weeks, and they went above and beyond by giving us more time with no late fees. That kind of compassion really stands out. One of the employees even shared such kind and understanding words with us about how when someone unexpectedly passes away, you often need time off from work. He also mentioned how during that time you’re already dealing with so much, and then you’re losing income and worrying about money, when you really shouldn’t have to stress about finances during something like that. It really showed a lot of empathy. In my experience, their staff is friendly, respectful, and willing to work with you as long as you communicate. We’ve also gotten a great deal on a used item through them before, and at time of delivery we inspected it together , and I actually found there was something wrong with the recliners, and they ordered the parts they needed and fixed it right away with no hassle or long wait. It was handled quickly and professionally. We’ve also had situations where a couple of months after getting an item, something went wrong, and they provided a loaner so we didn’t have to go without while it was being repaired. Once fixed, everything was like new again, which we really appreciated. We have been renting/buying items from them since 2014 off and on. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and think they are reliable, flexible, and genuinely caring, which is hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Pushy and no one that works there talks to each other. My payment date changes depending on who I talk to.

Due to some setbacks with serious medical issues my family's plans changed. I reached out to Aaron's about the possibility of getting a new bedroom suit. Spoke with Samantha who was friendly, helpful and a complete pleasure to work with. Called one day with a question about the bedroom and Samantha was off that day but Jeff stepped up and was extremely supportive of our situation and helped us with everything I had questions about. Even the delivery men did an incredible job. Thank you to everyone at Aaron's for their assistance and professionalism.

Only giving 5 stars because the experience from Aarons was my doing. Was jobless for a month and half. Was told by a family member that they would pay my bill and when I asked them about it, they told me they did. BUT DID'NT. So I was behind 2 months(I think.) But when I got a job, I started paying again. But they kept calling and calling. When I was sleeping, I'd have 3-4 missed calls. Brother in Law would tell me they showed up to the house. When I'll be working, non stop calling. Realized that I was behind. Paid some of it off. STILL NON STOP CALLING so I blocked the number cause I got tired of them calling while I was at work. I'd be using my phone(work related) and always got interrupted by them calling. Couldn't answer either because I work in a factory and there was no way I would be able to hear them or me. What really set me off is when they showed up to my house when my payment wasn't due yet. But I was paying my bill. I will say some weeks, I'd completely forget to pay and end up paying it. But I paid. That's all that matters. Coming to someone's home when their payment isn't due yet is really ridiculous. BUT I was behind. And know when I'm in the wrong. Just wish they realized that I was paying, behind or not. Treating customers like that who are trying to make things right like they stole the item and never paid isn't for me. I'd rather just order things online and not going through any Rent to own establishments. Either they are bored or someone up TOP is a money hungry goblin. Anyway that's my experience. 5 stars for not taking what I rented. That's a plus. And 5 stars because my sleep schedule is opposite from their hours. I work 2nd into 3rd shift. Either sleeping or working. Only talked to them a handful of times and they still let me keep my items. Another plus.
