I don’t know if it’s just this location or what, but they don’t communicate with other staff members causing duplicate calls, also we’re supposed to return our furniture and told them to be at my house at a specific time just to come home with a note on the door stating that they were already here. Had it been notated that they were supposed to come a specific time, this wouldn’t be an issue. They also are very unprofessional and very hasty. Definitely do not recommend.

Terrible Company. Worst Store in the city. The Manager is awful, rude, and not friendly. They call non stop,even when the bill isn't due. Go to another company, Aaron's or Showplace. Wish I could give negative stars .

I understand what you're trying to do to be able to give people appliances and furniture that can't afford to go out and buy them an alarm sound but it ends up costing people five times the amount that it would cost them for the same piece of furniture and most of the time the furniture get repossessed before even half of it is paid and they are reimbursed nothing for that so I feel that this is a scam and that these type of businesses should not be able to exist because all is doing is taking advantage of the poor people and they already have enough problems trying to pay their bills why take from people who have nothing these are Shady crooked awful people

If i could give zero stars i would. I was promised my bedroom set would be here between 4-6 pm on Monday. At 8:30 pm they finally showed up. After turning them away and asking them to come back early Tuesday. The refused. I should have been their first customer. Instead they want me to wait again until 4-6. We will see if they show up. I will never recommend them too anyone. This is the worst experience i have had with something like this. They don't even deserve my money or business
