The Perkins ave store is everything I had a bad experience with the other and every single worker to the movers are GREAT and I loved the costumer service whoever Andy is needs a raise he went above and beyond to make sure I had what I wanted and I thank him we need more people like you.

I've actually slowly furnished almost my whole house through these guys because if you use the 90day/6mo same as cash option you're not paying a huge rental markup for the item. The manager at the store and the guys there have helped us out a lot over the last 12yrs or so here in town but I've actually been a customer with that company in various locations for the last 19years because you don't always have $2000 to go drop on a new appliance.

Rude individuals with absolutely no customer service skills employed here. Had an incident with a customer of theirs using my information, called to have this reconciled. Was met with an attitude and unprofessionalism. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

If they threaten about bringing cops to your door and make false allegations about felonies contact the police directly because they actually broke several laws when all I owed was $160 left and I told them I will have it paid off in 2 days. Go to the Aarons in Norwalk,Ohio they are much more professional
