At first, you all were great and respectful. I understand the need to collect payments, but coming onto my property, opening the door to my enclosed porch without knocking, and banging on my door as if you were law enforcement is completely unacceptable. When I opened the door, I was met with an attitude and foul language from the General Manager. This is not the first time this has happened. There have been several occasions where he has approached me in this manner, and I find his behavior disrespectful and disturbing. As a General Manager, he should be able to conduct himself professionally and treat customers with respect. Due to these repeated incidents, I have been seriously considering taking my business elsewhere and starting over with another company or store. After the General Manager left my property upset, Julio, a newer employee, came to speak with me. He appeared very disappointed by the situation and even apologized to me for the General Manager's behavior. While I appreciated Julio's professionalism and courtesy, he was not the person who acted improperly. The responsibility for this incident lies with the General Manager, whose actions, attitude, and language were inappropriate and unprofessional. I hope there would be more people like Julio that actually takes the time to hear me out and come with a solution that everyone is comfortable with. I am submitting this complaint in the hope that this matter will be addressed and that no other customer will have to experience this type of treatment.

Sometimes I’m late on my payment but it be 1 or 2 weeks and it’s constant calling and texting . I’m 3 weeks away from my agreement to be up and I literally live 2 minutes away from the store I’m not about to run off with something that’s not completely mine yet . I understand it’s your job but I always pay .

Some nice employees but had a very bad experience with one at my house cussing up a storm because he was working late and when I reported it to the manager he offered an apology and nothing in return... so not only were they very late but also rude and literally they did nothing to make it better.
