I’ve rented several items through the Rent-A-Center in Salem, and they are seriously amazing. They’re always on time, super helpful, and genuinely friendly every single time. If there’s ever something I want that they don’t have in stock, they go out of their way to find it and get it for me fast. Hands down, this is the best rent-to-own place I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend!

I’ve rented several items through the Rent-A-Center in Salem, and they are seriously amazing. They’re always on time, super helpful, and genuinely friendly every single time. If there’s ever something I want that they don’t have in stock, they go out of their way to find it and get it for me fast. Hands down, this is the best rent-to-own place I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend!

All the guys were super nice and helpful. It was stressful the couch I originally got in my bundle deal wouldn’t fit through the one door inside my home. Totally out of their control. But they helped resolve the issue and helped me find a second option. Super friendly, and they all had a great sense of humor! 🫶🏼

This store went above and beyond they are so helpful and got my computer fixed right away even tho it took them a little they stayed in contact with me and helped me through everything thank you guys so much they always greet me with the biggest smile and give good deals

I'm giving a 1 star because I'm very disappointed RAC in Salem ohio. I was trying to get tires from them, I was told someone was going to call me so we could discuss installation of the tires. No one has called me, 2 weeks later. With that being said, I went some place different, and RAC will not be getting my business.
