Absolute horrible customer service! I would continue to do business but not with the store manager at this location! I will pay my account off with your corp and do business else where. Horrible customer service!
I just wish they would treat their customers a little better cause they really don’t unless They’re trying to sell you something. I’ve spent a lot of money in that place. Been a customer for eight years. paid off plenty of items every time I call they even forget when they tell me to call them or they’re too busy even when I try to get them to replace an item or repair an item, I gotta work around their schedule and I’ve gotta figure out a way to take the item to them. I will not get anything more from Aron’s after the rest of this order is paid off I’m closing my account
I recently had a fantastic experience at Aaron's Rent to Own, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Joe, the general manager. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress-free. Also, the delivery drivers were amazing! If you're looking for a great experience, I highly recommend visiting Aaron's and asking for Joe!
Management is a joke, can’t ever talk to anyone on the phone when you try to call. Oh and be sure to run your schedule around them they can’t ever put the customers schedule first.
I got a TV and they gave me the wrong remote. The lady at the shop came to my house and brought me one that worked. I didn't have any problems after that. Staff was really nice.
We recently finalized a purchased of our washer and dryer from Aaron’s Piqua. While yes the prices are higher, it’s the point of the process, but you also get servicing included for the duration of your lease. We had an issue with our washer halfway through our lease and they brought a brand new washer so we were not without which was a LIFE SAVER because we’re a family of 6! Great customer service, friendly staff all around!
