I have dealt with Rent A Center on navarre ave for at least 7 yrs Kristi is normally who i deal with when purchasing shes been there for as long as ive been coming and shes always polite courteous but yet straightforward and honest i honestly wont buy from anywhere else but here because of the great customer service to the great prices that are offererd keep up the great work over there guys and will be seeing you all soon PS cant EVER forget my guy JODI one of the BEST thst ever done it at Rent a center forever rememered and not forgotten

The product was great and delivery was on time. I found that I no longer needed the mattress after being released from the hospital so I returned it before my last bill would've been charged. It's been a little difficult to cancel the billing but overall, still good service!
